2、《签证申请表》(在线填写/下载填写)一份，并附本人彩色48*33mm，于是6个月内拍摄的正面免冠，白色背景照片一张(请粘贴在《签证申请表》上);请务必如实、完整地填写《签证申请表》各项内容;有中文姓名者，请准确填写中文姓名;申请表填写不实、漏填或字迹不清楚，都可能导致签证被拒。
3、探亲访友，需提供国内亲友的邀请信函。

二、赴西藏旅游

三、特种旅游

1、原为中国公民、加入加拿大国籍后第一次持加拿大护照或持新换发的加拿大护照申请中国签证的华人，请一并出示本人原中国护照或有中国签证记录的旧加拿大护照及以往签证记录原件和复印件(复印旧加拿大护照姓名资料页和中国签证)。如申请人提供的新旧护照姓名拼写有出入，须提供加拿大有关部门(ontaorio services, manitoba vital statistics agency, etc)出具的改名文件。
如果中国护照仍然有效，请将中国护照和加拿大护照的姓名资料页一起复印在一张a4纸上。
如果复印旧加拿大护照，请复印姓名资料页和旧中国签证。
2、在外国出生，具有中国血统的儿童首次申请签证，还需提供该儿童的出生证明，以及孩子出生时，其父母任何一方所持的外国护照，或中国护照和外国永久居民身份证，如加拿大“枫叶卡”或移民纸。出生证明指的是含有该儿童父母详细信息的长纸。
如果父亲或母亲现已持有加拿大护照，请提供孩子出生证明正本和影印本，以及父亲或母亲的加拿大护照正本和影印本。
五、非加拿大籍人士
非加拿大籍公民申请签证，须出示加拿大永久居民身份证--“枫叶卡”或工作、学习签证原件及复印件。
六、办理方式及时间
1、办理方式：申请人可亲自或委托他人、旅行社到签证申请服务中心办理。向中心递交申请可以提前预约。如果您想通过邮寄方式递交申请，除按第一条准备有关材料外，还请遵循“邮寄申请须知”有关内容。如总领馆认为有必要面谈，申请人须前往总领馆接受面谈。

七、签证费、有效期和停留期
1、取证时交费。
2、收费接受现金/借记卡/信用卡。
3、签证费及服务费标准。
4、除在《签证申请表》特别注明并经领事官员批准外，一次入境签证的有效期一般为3个月;两次入境一般为6个月，签证停留期一般为30天。
5、赴华签证的有效期、停留期和入境次数，由领事官员根据中国有关法律和规定作出决定。
6、是否颁发及颁发何种签证将由领事官员根据中国的法律和规定决定。
八、重要提示
1、请在拟入境中国前1个月左右申请签证，但不得早于3个月。如不按此时限递交申请，可能导致来不及申请签证或出发前签证过期，由此产生的一切后果由申请人自行承担。
2、请按要求逐项填写《签证申请表》并签名(18岁以下未成年人由父母或监护人代签)。其中1.11项身份证号栏内须填写当地驾驶证号或公民卡号。不适用栏目请填写n/a。
