一、公立院校
作为政府创建的王牌院校，新加坡六所公立的大学，拥有教学质量高、学术氛围好的优势，而且整体实力都很强，自然成为国内学生的首选，大家进行申请的热门院校。
学术成绩上，对不同等级的申请者要求是不一样的，如果是985/211学校的学生，只需要保证GPA在3.0分以上即可;而本科读的是普通院校，则需要准备GPA3.5分以上的成绩。
当然大前提是大家完成了本科的学习，并且可以出示合格的两证;授课的语言是英语，所以大家准备IELTS成绩单的话分数要在6.5分以上，TOEFL则需要80分以上。
二、私立院校
在新加坡，高等院校的主体还是私立大学，90%的院校都是私立的，学生的选择会更多一些，大家要知道的是新加坡的私立和国内的私立是不一样的，大部分都是政府承认的，不承认的大家也不要申请。

新加坡留学不同阶段语言要求
一、高中以下学历

I was particularly fascinated with the Waves Properties module as the theories on stationary waves and superposition explain a lot about how sound works.
My work experience with Futuretrend Technologies gave me a good insight on how IT based organisations work and the importance of IT within the business world. My employment with Blockbuster Inc. and volunteer work with Cancer Research have both given me the opportunity to interact with customers to provide a helpful service as part of a team, reinforcing both my communication and team working skills.

一、隆德大学

瑞典留学高等教育体系介绍
一、院校分类

新加坡硕士留学申请指南
一、公立大学
1.学术
要想入读政府设置的高校，必须要是国内一类本科高校毕业的学生，成功完成学业任务，顺利毕业，并且拿到正式的毕业证书，以及受认可的学历证明，来佐证申请者有足够的专业实力。
2.成绩
还需要提交本人在国内高校中，接受本科教育参加大型考试的成绩，要求各个科目的考试顺利通过没有挂科，并且确认平均成绩在80分以上，即GPA要有3.0分以上，热门专业需要3.5分。
3.语言
英语的能力也需要达标，这里以直接入学的标准为参考，大家需要在雅思的考试中，拿到6.5分以上的成绩，这样才有保证，能够顺利的跟得上学校专业授课的进度。
4.其他
学校会为学生提供奖学金，但是只有选修研究型学位的学生，才有资格提出正式的申请，应用型的硕士能够申请的项目会少很多，这是对部分学生的奖励;商科类专业申请要求提交GMAT成绩，工科要准备GRE成绩。
二、私立大学
1.学术

二、留学费用
1、新加坡公立大学读研究生费用
新加坡公立大学 ， 硕土学费约为 30000 元新币 / 年 ， 约合人民币 150000 元。 不过 ， 新加坡公立大学对外国学生开放助学金政策 ， 即给予近50% 的补助 ， 这样一来每年新加坡硕士留学费用约为 9000 元人民币。 但是必须在毕业后在新加坡本地工作三年。即如果读完两年的硕士课程 ， 至少要花 18 万人民币。
2 、新加坡私立大学读研究生费用
新加坡私立大学硕士学制通常为一年至一年半。硕士学费约为 20000-30000 元新币 / 年 ， 约合人民币 100000-150000 元。
三、留学条件
1、GPA
新加坡的公立大学比较看重申请者的本科学校背景，几乎每个学校的每个专业都会要求“ At least a good relevant bachelor's degree”。对于GPA的要求，不管是新加坡国立大学还是南洋理工大学，每个专业对GPA都有自己的要求。比如新加坡国立大学的环境类专业授课型硕士要求GPA不低于3.0，折算成百分制差不多是75。对研究型硕士要求80以上。有些学校或专业虽然没有明确给出要求，但根据往年其录取的学生分数，要想申请公立的大学，对于我们国内211/985高校的学生，GPA一般要求在80以上，对于双非学校的学生，一般要在85以上。私立大学一般要求GPA在75以上。
2、托福或雅思、GRE
根据往年其录取的学生分数，公立大学硕士申请要求雅思成绩在6.5-7.0分左右，托福95以上，部分专业需要GRE，商科专业一般需要2年及以上的工作经验。私立大学硕士申请要求低一些，雅思6.0-6.5分左右或者通过学校英文测试。但每个大学或专业都有自己的要求，比如新加坡南洋理工大学的电子工程专业要求雅思不低于了6.5，托福的话，笔考不低于600，机考不低于250，网考不低于100。新加坡国立大学的建筑与环境工程系要求托福不低于580-600，网考不低于85。雅思的话，要在7分以上。GRE的语文和数学部分均不低于320，写作不低于3.5。但是要强调的是通常你的托福、雅思和GRE等分数有年限要求，比如新加坡南洋理工大学的电子工程专业要求必须是最近两年内获得的。新加坡国立大学的建筑与环境工程系要求GRE必须是5年内获得的。
提醒大家公立大学不接受专科生申请，部分私立大学接受专科生。总体来说私立大学对你的经济支撑条件更看重一些。
3、其他材料
除了以上硬性条件要求，需要提供的材料中最重要的是研究计划、推荐人参考，简历(CV/Resume)，个人陈述和作品集，但以上材料不是所有学校和专业都要提供的，要根据学校和专业来定，比如南洋理工大学工程学院开设的专业都要求提供简历、研究计划等。
四、申请时间
新加坡的硕士项目没有统一的考试时间，一般每年有两次入学机会，比如新加坡国立大学和南洋理工大学是每年的1月和8月入学，新加坡管理大学是每年的1月和7月入学，各私立大学有自己的入学时间，一般是滚动式录取。但申请时间一般是入学前2-4个月。

申请的程序和时间
中国学生申请就读新加坡学校，可按下列步骤进行：
学生家长或监护人向新加坡教育部外国学生署索取并填写入学表格，地址是：新加坡北波那维斯达道教育部大厦。
希望进入新加坡顶尖的30所小学、30所中学和5所初院的外国学生需要参加并通过新加坡教育部举行的统一资格考试。在通过该考试后，学生将得到教育部颁发的证明信，允许他们在这些顶尖的学校和初院，及其他学校寻找入学机会。无法通过该考试的学生也会得到证明信，允许他们在除这些顶尖学校外的其他学校和初院寻找入学机会。考试的课目主要是英语、数学和中文。录取了该学生的学校会在证明信上注明学生的入学通知或水平测试成绩，并寄回外国学生署。
如果该外国学生成功通过学校的测验，新加坡的外国学生署会将一封要求捐款给新加坡教育基金的捐款信寄给学生家长或监护人。捐款必须在信上规定的限期前捐出。
学校当局收到教育基金后，便会签发一封录取信给外国学生的家长或监护人，让他们凭这封录取信前往新加坡国民与登记局办理申请学生证的手续。学生携带学生准证到学校，校长许可后即可办理入学手续。
