研究生入学考试分为初试和复试两个环节，而面试是各高校复试必不可少的环节，也是对于考生能否顺利通过研究生考试最重要的一个环节。

在复试面试当中，导师最爱问的问题之一就是让学生做一个自我介绍。面试中的自我介绍，可以让考官观察到报名表简历等书面材料以外的内容，如你对自己的描述与概括能力，你对自己的综合评价以及你的精神风貌等。

自我介绍是学生给导师的第一印象，导师提问这块时非常灵活，没有一个具体的标准。导师在现场会问到很多问题，比如说你的'个人经历，成功经历，失败经历，个人梦想，读研的计划等等。关于个人的信息一定要准备好，一定不要临时去想，因为临时想很难组织语言，也很难想得完美。

首先同学们要注意的是，第一，落落大方，不要太过紧张，不要太敏感。第二，说话的时候语言简洁，口齿清楚。态度要保持自然、友善、亲切、随和。第三充满信心，要敢于正视对方的双眼，显得胸有成竹，从容不迫。心理素质不够硬的同学，建议自己多对镜练习，这个还是可以有改进的，只要提前多多练习，到时就不会特别胆怯。
