备课是整个教学活动的先导,是上好每一节课的关键和引领,是上好每节课的起点和基石,所以教师必须做好有效备课。备课通常分为两种,一是个人备课,一是集体备课。个人备课能体现一个老师的个性化特点,它体现的是一名教师的文化素养、艺术魅力、驾驭教学的功底,是针对自己所教班级的特点而设计出的完美流程,但个人备课具有一定的局限性和片面性。这就要通过集体备课来补充、完善。集体备课是教师们互相学习、互相讨论、互相享受的过程。它能帮助教师解决教学中遇到的难题,完善备课过程中的疏漏,激发上课教师的思维火花,从而形成一节尽善尽美的教学。集体备课必须针对个人备课进行,是对上课教师在备课中的学习目标、学习方法、学习活动等方面进行点拨与完善。要做到个人备课与集体备课的完美统一。在整个备课活动中一定要扎实、有效,不能走形势、摆花样、看热闹,所有参与集体备课的每一名教师都必须高度认真负责。也许你的一个不经意的想法,会给上课教师一个意想不到的启发。只有这样,我们的备课才能有效,从而备出一节最佳教案,为下一步的课堂教学打下一个坚实而又有效的基础。
2、以有效课堂教学为核心
课堂教学是我们整个教学活动的核心,是体现有效教学活动最直接、最明确的环节。我们已经具备了一节完美的`教案,那么如何在课堂上将这节蕴含许多教师辛劳的成果完美的演绎出来,就显得格外重要了。课堂教学是整个教学活动的重中之重,是能否达到有效教学的关键所在。所以在课堂教学中要时刻以有效教学理念为指导,确保学生在预定的时间内学会该学会的知识、方法、技能并受到情感的熏陶。课堂是师生进行沟通交流的主渠道,是学生学会学习的主阵地,是取得有效教学成果的主战场,我们要坚决不二地向40分钟要质量。如果在这40分钟里要不到质量,那你就可能要花费若干个40分钟来挽回。这样,我们的教学还有“有效性”可言吗?在课堂教学中,教师要根据实际的情况,学生的发展动力,适时调整教学方法,不可对备课按部就班,要适时而动、适时而变。正所谓“将在外,军令有所不受”。一切要以有效为核心,一切要以有效为目的,从而使我们的课堂真正有效起来。
3、以有效课堂检测为考核
课堂检测是小学课堂上必不可少的一个重要环节,可有许多教师都忽略了它。课堂检测的作用主要体现在以下几个方面:第一,课堂检测可以巩固我们当堂所学的概念知识等;第二,可以提高学生的学习能力;第三,可以让学生获得学有所用的成就感;第四,是检验本节课教学是否达到“有效性”的最佳方法。只有通过课堂检测,才能知道学生是否学会本节课的知识。这样,我们教师才能做到心中有数。课堂检测并不是盲目的做题,而是教师要根据本节课的教学目标,精心设计出符合本节课内容的练习题,必须做到题题有意义。通过检测,教师可以掌握学生的学会程度和存在的问题,为课后辅导有了针对性的准备。
4、以有效的教学反思为切入点
教学反思是一种寻找不足、发现闪光,从而再总结、再分析、再学习、再提高的思维活动过程。它是有效教学的切入点,是有效教学的生长剂,它可以再一次地促进、推动有效教学活动。所以,每一位教师都应该认真、谨慎地对待教学反思。教学反思可以不断地丰富我们的教学经验、改进我们的教学策略。著名教育家叶澜教授曾经说过:“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果写三年教学反思,则可能成为名师。”可见,教学反思在我们教学活动中有着非常重要的作用。我们可以反思点睛之笔,在今后的教学中加以运用;我们可以反思意外收获,丰富我们的教学经验;我们可以反思失败之处,避免在今后的教学中犯同样的错误。教学反思是一个循环再生的过程,可以弃其糟粕、取其精华,完善自我、超越自我,使我们在今后的教学活动中做到游刃有余、胸有成竹。
5、以有效的课后辅导为保障
教师的“教”可以做到百分之百,而学生的“学”绝达不到百分之百。在一节课中,总会有个别学生学不会或某个知识没弄懂,这时教师可根据存在的问题做到有效辅导。课后辅导是保障有效教学的最为有效的方法。在教学中,某一环节出现了问题,我们可以通过辅导来弥补和完善,从而使教学活动的有效性延续下去,而不至于中断。辅导的方式教师可根据具体情况制定切实有效的辅导方案,可通过集中辅导、个别辅导、学生捆绑等方式有效地解决课堂上出现的问题,从而使学生得到更进一步的发展。要想真正做到教学的有效性,“教”与“辅”必须有机的结合起来,“教”是“辅”的引领,“辅”是“教”的保障,教辅结合才能使教学活动的有效性持续不断地发展下去。

宾语从句的句型变化
①.许多带复合宾语的句子,宾语从句经常移到句子后部,而用it做形式宾语。结构是:主语 + 动词 + it + 形容词/名词等宾语补足语 + 宾语从句
We think it wrong that he told a lie to everyone.
I thought it impossible that he could finish this job in just two hours.
②. 带有宾语从句的`复合句的疑问形式一般是对主句进行变化。
I know he will come to my party.
→ Do you know he will come to my party. ?
→ I don’t know he will come to my party.
Lucy tells me that he likes the English teacher.
→Does Lucy tell you that he likes the English teacher?
→Lucy doesn’t tell me that he likes the English teacher.
③. 宾语从句的否定转移
主句的谓语动词是think,believe,imagine,suppose,consider,espect,fancy,
guess等,并且主句的主语是第一人称而且为一般现在时,从句的否定词一般要转移到主句上来,其反义疑问句一般与宾语从句一致.
我认为他不会来我的舞会。 I don’t think he will come to my party.
我认为他不喜欢英语老师。I don’t think he likes the English teacher.
(4)完成反意问句
在think / believe / suppose / guess / imagine / expect等动词后跟宾语从句否定式时,应转移到主句上去,完成反意问句时,应与从句主、谓保持一致。(注: 否定前移的条件是,主句主语是第一人称)
eg. I don't think you are right,are you
I don't believe they have finished their work yet,have they?
I don’t suppose they will come, _______ ______ ? (改为反意疑问句)
→ I don’t suppose they will come, will they ?
再如:
She doesn’t suppose they will come, _______ ______ ? (改为反意疑问句)

(5) 宾语从句的简化问题
对于含有宾语从句的复合句进行简化,即由复合句变成简单句,可以分为两种情况:
第一:如果主句的谓语动词是,ask,tell,hope,wish,decide,agree等,从句部分可以转化为动词不定式结构。例如:
I hope that I can receive your email(改为简单句) →
I hope to receive your email.
例:I don’t know what I should do next.
I con’t know what to do next.
He didn’t know where he would live.
He didn’t know where to live.
第二:有些以特殊疑问词引导的宾语从句,从句部分亦可以简化为动词不定式结构,即特殊疑问词+to do ,特别是当主句的谓语动词为know,ask,forget,remember,learn,tell,teach等。例如:
I don't know how I can get to the hospital.(改为简单句) →
I don't know how to get to the hospital.
这类题也可以反过来做:
例如:Lucy hasn't decided which trousers to buy.(改为复合句) →

一年一度的中考即将来临,众所周知,初三的下半学期是孩子们一生中最重要、最关键的阶段,也可以说这段时期决定了孩子们的前途和命运。而中考英语成功与否关键在于复习,复习阶段的成功与否也决定着中考英语的成绩。因此,我深知自己身上的任务很重,责任更重。但无论怎样辛苦,我都会努力去克服,帮助孩子们顺利地迈出人生这关键的一步。为使英语教学工作能有条不紊的进行,为今后工作中能取得更好的成绩。特制定九年级英语教学和复习计划。
一、总体目标
1、加强课堂教学改革,真正转变课堂教学方式,提高学生的学习能力,争取把课堂变成学生学习的乐园。
2、做好中考总复习工作,抓好尖子生,提高临界生,盯住所有学生,不让一个学生漏掉,鼓励学生向目标迈进,中考争取稳中有升。
二、遵循原则
以纲为纲,以本为本的原则,着重把握中考要求及考试范围,对《课标》和《考纲》要反复研究。关注学生的全面发展,整体提高;注重双基,夯实基础,强化学生能力。练习过程中注重精讲精练,精雕细刻,决不漏掉一个知识点。同时培养学生将所学的词汇、短语、句型、句法应用到实际中,提高日常交际能力,解决实际问题。
三、具体工作措施
加强学习,认真学习新课程标准,专研七年级、八年级、九年级五本教材,形成固定的知识体系,研究和的考试说明,精选13和的中考题。
继续大练基本功,提高自己的教学能力。实行课堂教学改革,创建新型教学模式。走进学生家庭,走进学生的内心世界,挖掘学生的心理资源,建立新型的师生关系,既是教师,又是家长和朋友。指导学生如何预习、听课、记笔记、复习、做作业、小结和讨论,帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯。
四、总体复习思路
1、按单元复习。通览初中教材,进行单元知识点扫描。目的是对基础知识和基本技能进行系统的复习,把好“基础关”;任务是掌握各单元知识结构,全面地复习知识点,完成理解记忆;重点是重视课标要求与教材的基础作用,强化基础知识和基本技能的训练;面向全体,面向基础。
2、语法专项复习。钻研考试标准和考试说明,进行语法、词法、句子、时态和话题专项复习。统揽初中教材中的重点语法项目,使学生从整体上把握初中教材内容。
3、题型专练,模拟演练。按照中考题型(单项选择、补全对话、句子翻译、完型填空、阅读理解和书面表达)进行题型专练,了解学生对基础知识和基本技能的掌握情况,抓住中考题型变化,确定训练方式,进行查缺补漏。最后进行几次中考模拟演练,演练之后教师要精讲精炼,在讲题上下功夫。
五、具体复习内容
第一轮:
时间安排:3月1日----4月24日
主要内容:初中教材课文中出现的单词、短语、常用句型;熟记对话和课文,理解所学语法内容。
阶段目标:完成理解性记忆内容,熟记课文中出现的单词、短语、常用句型;熟练掌握对话和课文内容,所学语法能达到一定的应用程度。
具体思路:第一轮复习应以大纲为依据,教材内容为根本,按教材的编排顺序进行单元复习。每复习一单元之前,教师布置学生认真记忆书后单词和短语;课上检验,然后让大家找出本单元的知识点,总结用法,教师再做以适当的补充;这一阶段的复习,应充分发挥学生的'主观能动性,以教师总结为辅,学生复习为主。注重学生归纳,教师总结指导应注意事项。对学生已掌握的内容少讲或不讲,对学生不够熟练的要重点讲。同时教师要根据每单元的重点内容有针对性地设计一些练习题,巩固所复习的知识点。最后,再将本单元的知识点赋予下一单元书后的单词和短语中,进行再一次检测。
六、各种题型具体解题方法:
第一、单选题一定要把握好所学的短语和句型,结合语境将所学的语法应用到合适的语境中。在做题时可以采用多种方法解题。教育学生注意即使一看就能看出答案,甚至不看选项就能胸有成竹地填上答案时,也不要过分自信而放弃审题,重要的是要给每个选项的题目找到它不符合题意的原因,若找不出错误,则应回过头来把原选项与找不出错的选项进行对比,找出他们之间的区别,看哪个更符合题干的要求;可以采用排除法、比较法、逻辑推理法、固定搭配法及关键词法等进行解题应用。
第二、阅读理解,解答这类题目,一般采用三个步骤;
首先通读全文,迅速抓住文章内容,在不影响理解的前提下,尽可能快速阅读,并重抓住主要信息。
阅读短文后的选择题,包括题干和选择项,明确问题的要求后,再细读全文或有关段落,最后选定答案。
(3)答完一篇短文的全部题目后,再把短文读一遍,逐一核对答案。
指导他们采用“五要”、“五不要”的阅读解题技巧。“五要”是:①要特别注意文章的标题;②要快速浏览全文,掌握主旨和大意;③要抓住文中的重点段、段中的重点句型和句中的关键词;④要尽快浏览课文后的思考题,尽量带着问题读;⑤要把有关WHO,WHAT,WHERE,HOW和WHY等方面的内容用笔圈画出来。“五不要”是:①不要在默读时发出声音;②不要逐字逐句分析;③不要常回视已读部分;④不要用手或笔指着一个个单词阅读;⑤平时训练时不要一遇到生词就查词典。学生只有掌握好阅读技巧,才能大大提高解题的速度和效率。
第三、完形填空,做此题型要从以下几个方面入手。
(1)重视首句的开篇启示作用。
(2)通读全文,弄懂大意。
(3)符合短文内容,遵循语法规则。
(4)复读全文,核定答案。
第四、完成对话,要求学生在一定的情景语境中选择或填上所缺的选项,而且这个选项用在对话中必须符合英美人的情景交流习惯。对于这种题目,一般所给选项都是完整的句子,并且句子本身是正确的;有时从汉语习惯上看,意思也正确,所以教育学生在做这类题时既不要考虑句子的语法结构,更不能一中国的常理判断意思,而是要根据对话的情景和上下句的句意关系,再根据英语的习惯表达来完成选项。初中涉及到的重点对话有:

第五、汉译英题则一定要学生把握好所学的短语和句型,尤其是动词词组,应告诉学生要认真、仔细的分析句子应用的时态和语态,避免麻痹大意,马虎出错;保证抓住基础不放松,能会的不丢分。
第六书面表达题,一定要认真审题,端正书写。平时让学生写作文,互相修改,进行点评,从自己和别人的作文中发现错误,改正错误,总结错误,同时还要对学生讲清日记、书信、通知、电话留言等小作文的写作方法。
总之,我会尽自己最大的努力圆满地完成本学期的教学工作,争取让学生在中考中取得好成绩,让有升学希望的学生都能升入理想的高中。
