7s即整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、节约、安全。 整理:要与不要,一留一弃;

素养:形成制度,养成习惯;节约:形成制度,养成习惯:安全:安全操作,生命第一;简单的7句话,要做起来很不容易,按照以往传统的做法,我们不厌其烦的做好工作,将学校办公室物品摆好,桌椅擦干净等等,这些对我们来说只是鳞毛凤角,最主要的目的是要通过细琐单调的动作,潜移默化改变自身的思想,是自己养成良好的工作习惯,进而能够依照特定的规律来行动,使自己变成情操高尚的真正优秀教师。正所谓通过改善环境、享受环境、用环境育人。7s管理不是空洞的条例式管理,也不是各自独立,互不相关的,它们之间是相辅相成的、缺一不可的关系。整理是整顿的基础,整顿是整理的巩固,清扫显现整理、整顿的效果,而通过清洁、节约和素养,而会形成整体的改善氛围,然而没有了安全,之前的都随之成为徒劳。实施7s管理,不是短期行为,更不能沾沾自喜,要不断总结,不断查找不足,循序渐进,这样,才能达到预期目标。推行7s学校管理必定会经历形式化、行事化、习惯化三个过程, “7s”活动的对象是现场的“环境”,它对校园环境全局进行综合考虑,并制订切实可行的计划与措施,从而达到规范化管理。“7s”活动的核心和精髓是素养,如果没有教师队伍素养的相应提高,“7s”活动就难以开展和坚持下去。在以后的生活与学习过程中,我们学校要严格按照7s进行校园管理,

一、强化课堂管理要在抓纪律上下功夫

小学阶段的学生年龄小、天性活泼、爱动贪玩,自我约束遵守课堂纪律的能力特别差。虽然我们各班都有自己严明的班风制度,但仍有部分同学自控能力比较差,时不时的会乱发言,摆弄铅笔转着玩的,叽叽喳喳小声说话的,交头接耳左顾右盼的,故意起哄喧哗的……。学生这些不良习惯,必然会打断教师的上课思路,影响教师教学方案的实施,影响了教师授课状态与学生主体的双边活动,从而也就影响课堂教学效率和教学质量。因此,教师上课时必须要严格课堂纪律,规范学生听课的坐姿、语言等,培养学生良好的主动参与课堂教学的学习习惯。对学生课堂上的种种不良习惯,教师绝不能置之不理,采取置若罔闻、视而不见、听之任之放弃的态度,这样下去不仅是教师对学生不负责任的表现,而且提高课堂教学效率也就成了一句空话。

二、强化课堂管理要在培养良好的习惯上下功夫

现在的学生大多家庭条件较优越,生活安逸、懒惰滋生。由于他们年龄小,学习目标又不十分明确,惰性强,所以缺少学习的自觉性和主动性。这就要求教师在上课时培养他们勤思考、好思辩等良好的学习习惯。在设计问题时要注意层次,让每个学生都有展示自我的机会,激发学生的思维,鼓励学生的创意回答。当学生在学习上有成就感时,学习的欲望就会迸发出来,一些不良的学习习惯就会得以矫正。

三、强化课堂管理要在教法上下功夫

众所周知,教有法无定法,贵在得法。为适应课堂教学改革需要,为培养和提高学生学习的兴趣,教师就必须灵活运用多种方法,来钻研教材和教法,特别是教师必须研究学生的实际情况,针对学生的需要,采取让学生喜爱的教学法,教师还需要在自身的语言修养上下功夫,多一点幽默,多一点婉转,多一点呵护。因为学生的有效注意力是很短暂的,这就要求教师必须不断的变换方式方法,来引起学生的有效注意,让学生便于接受,树立信心,激发学生的求知欲,有效提高学生的注意力,达到提高课堂教学效率的目的。

我虽工作多年,但对管理学还是知之甚少,所以非常感谢集团领导给我们提供了这次培训学习的机会,让我对管理学有了更深一层的认识,也非常感谢培训老师毫无保留的倾囊相授的无私精神。

通过这一个多月对《现代管理学》的学习,让我了解到管理学是一门很深奥的知识,任何组织都需要管理工作的支持,而且任何管理工作都是在某一特定组织进行并为该组织服务的。法约尔说管理可以分为实行计划、组织、指挥、协调、控制等。它的研究对象是合理组织生产力,完善生产关系,维护上层建筑。

管理有两重性:自然属性和社会属性,自然属性具有科学性和管理共性,社会属性具有阶级性和管理个性。自然属性就是合理组织生产力,管理水平和生产水平的相适应。社会属性就是管理建立有生产资料所有制基础上,管理为所有者服务。管理学的来源有这么三种类型:技术型、制度型、魅力。

管理是一门科学,是有大量学者和实业家在总结管理工作的客观规律基础上,借用许多科学家的理论、知识和方法,它是一套管理理论体系,它为指导管理实践提供了原理,原则、方法和技术。人们掌握了系统化的科学的管理知识,就有可能对组织中存在的问题提出可行的、正确的解决办法。

虽然管理是一门科学,但它只是一门不精确的科学,管理科学并不能向管理者提供解决一切问题的答案。由于管理的对象主要是人,解决的是组织和环境的适应问题。而不同人的心理特点和素质不同,组织就面临的环境又很复杂多变这就要求管理者能审视度事,随机应变。管理要达到预期的目的,就必须灵活地、巧妙地运用管理理论、方法和技术。

管理学对人性的假设由经济人,社会人,自我实现的人假设向“复杂人假设”转变的。而复杂人是指人们通常有多种需求和不同的能力,往往把满足需要中的一种或几种需要结合在一起,作为自己的目标。人是复杂的,既不是单纯的经济人,也不是完全的社会人,而是因时、因地、因各种主观条件变化而采取适当反应的复杂人。早期管理思想中,把人当作会说话的工具,认为人总是好吃懒做,好逸恶劳,毫无责任心,以泰罗为代表的科学管理理论强调人追求经济利益的本性,使管理学与经济学的人性假设趋于一致。之后,梅奥从霍桑实验"中认识到除了对经济利益的需求外,人们对社会和心理方面的需求也很重要,因而否定了经济人假设,提出了社会人假设。其他行为科学理论的代表人也从不同侧面强化了社会人假设,其中马斯洛的需求层次理论把社会人假设发展为一个精典而又精致的需求模型。由此可看出管理学知识这门学科的应用面之广。

在学习了管理学后,我更深刻的意识到了一个企业或是团队的成功需要具备多方面的综合素质,因此,管理不仅是一种知识,也是一种实践;不仅是一门科学,也是一门艺术;它是科学性与艺术性的有机统一。综上所述,这是这一个半月我学习管理学的心得体会,我也将会应用于今后的实践工作中,希望能够取得更多的收获。

财务管理对我来说算是回归本行了,这门功课早在十几年之前就学过。但是今天再听又有不同的感受。

正如上海财经大学刘老师在课堂上讲的一样,在项目的运营过程中,由于项目的多样化、不确定性等诸多因素的存在,使得项目财务管理过程中的会计核算方法、项目预算、项目成本控制等方面都有其特定的要求,因为如何将财务控制贯穿于项目的整个生命周期?如何在执行过程中寻求成本、进度和效果之间的平衡,以及如何构建一套将项目管理与财务控制有效结合的内控系统?就成为项目财务管理人员必须考虑的重要问题。

其实这门课的学问还是很深的,想当初我们学了一年还没怎么明白。通过在高顿教育的学习,我对重新新学习这门课虽然东西没什么变化,可是感觉却完全不同。以前学的时候拼命的想记住各种比率的公式和推导过程。而今天学习就完全放在数值背后的涵义和潜在表现上。11月18日—19日上海财经大学老师会有公开课(地址:上海市中山北一路XX号),针对项目管理中的财务控制进行讲解,你们听了肯定会受益匪浅。这些东西是以前老师虽然讲但是考试不考,不用死记硬背也死记硬背不来的东西。这可能也是此次上课最大的收获。

再从另外的一个角度谈一下我对财务管理的理解和疑惑。首先,我觉得财务管理是一个把企业从经验管理向科学管理过渡的重要工具。就像以前的那个在国际象棋的棋盘上放小麦粒的故事一样。国际象棋一共八八六十四个格子,如果不算过的话谁知道从一粒开始每次加多一倍的话到最后一个格子已经是天文数字了?财务管理也一样,不算不知道。可能一算真得吓一跳。我碰到过表面上热火朝天实际上年底还亏本的例子。不管是工作还是生活,你不理财,财不理你。我们学这两天可能不会学到什么,能掌握这种观念就值回学费了。大家相信下边都还有手下,他们可能刚刚毕业,各种比率怎么算记得滚瓜烂熟。让他们干,给他们一个工作的机会。

我也是说得热闹的很,可是实际上在这十几年的工作中反倒没怎么用过财务管理的知识。因为作为财务管理的基础,数据的准确性难以保证。从财务报表上来?连税务局的人都不相信报表你相信?在大一点的企业基础数据通常由各个部门各自统计,不容易得到真是准确的数据,特别是关键性敏感数据。反倒是在个体工商户或者家庭里边真是的数据准确得多。数据的问题是我最大的困惑,在课堂上老师讲课的时候举例用的那些简单的数字在实际中才是最大的难点!甚至在老师讲课的时候列举数字的时候我溜号在设想怎样得到这些数字。

我觉得上项目管理中的财务控制课程能得到的最大的收获就是掌握更有效实施项目管理与财务控制的最新工具,改善项目的成本、预算管理,提高项目的投资回报率,加强项目的现金流管理、控制项目资金风险。当然企业真是的数据是高级机密,一定要小心竞争对手!

各位同学,大家好!

今天我讲的课题是:管理学的魅力。

管理学有什么魅力?为什么要探讨管理学的魅力呢?这可是个新鲜的课题。

我们常说,兴趣是最好的教师,学习这样,工作也这样。

一个学管理、干管理、研究管理的人,如果不能领略管理学的魅力,甚至把管理学看成是枯燥乏味的东西,那他对管理的学习和研究就缺乏基本的动力,这样八成是做不好管理的;反之,如果你被管理学的魅力所深深吸引,就会以持久的兴趣和热情投入到管理学的学习和运用中,干得津津有味,乐此不疲,很容易就会取得成效。

另一方面,我们在探讨管理学之美的过程中,会了解到一些管理学的特点和发展脉络,了解了这些,才能以正确的态度和适当的方法来研习管理学,应用管理学。

这就是我们这个课题的意义所在。

那么,管理学的魅力到底在哪里?学习和应用管理乐趣何在?依我之见,体现在以下几个方面:

一、 科学与艺术的融合

我在这里所说的是广义的管理学,是指一切关于管理的学问。你也许会说:老师,你所说的不就是管理科学吗?你只说对了一半,为什么呢?道理很简单,我想说的还有管理艺术。科学性与艺术性是管理学的两个重要属性,片面强调哪个方面都是有欠公平的。

首先

管理学是科学。具备科学的特征。(数理工具的应用、定量分析与定性分析相结合)。这就要求我拉按照科学规律办事。违背就要失败。我们学管理的,接触大量的管理案例,有成功的案例,也有失败的案例。有些失败就是因为违背了管理的基本规律。我们看到很多企业,管理者不懂管理(企业管理素质低下)所带来的失误和低效率触目惊心。管理者不能不学好管理学。

与此同时,管理又是一门艺术。灵活运用是灵魂。管理属于软科学,没有最优解,只有满意解。如何管理,受天时地利人和的影响,更受管理者本身的价值观、风格和偏好的影响。一个人有一个人的管理学。不信你去问问那些成功的管理者,他们的理论和方法有完全重样的吗?一个管理者如果有自己鲜明的管理风格,并且运用自如,得心应手,他就是管理高手。

古往今来的管理大师,远到上古的成禹尧舜,近至当代的政治领袖,都把管理艺术运用得炉火纯青。虽然他们未必研修过管理学,但都深刻把握了管理学的艺术性精髓。相反,一些饱读管理经书的学者,在管理实践中却屡遭败绩,究其原因,缺少的是什么呢?可能就是管理艺术吧。

你看,管理学就是这样,既是科学也是艺术,既有规律又不能拘泥于成法。它为你提供了一个行动指南,又给你留下了想象和发挥的广大空间。管理学的魅力可见一斑,学习、研究和运用管理学,其乐趣也就非同寻常喽。

认识管理学的两重属性,对我们具有重要指导意义。科学性:体现在学习、研究;艺术性:体现在应用,要因地制宜,审时度势,灵活运用。

二、 事理与人情的统一

红楼梦中有个多情才女叫秦可卿。她的客厅里挂着这样一副对联:

世事洞明皆学问

人情练达即文章

对联讲的是为人处事的基本功课:洞察世事,通达人情。这也是管理学的两个基本课题。

我们回过头来看看管理学的泰斗们,他们都做了哪些工作呢?无外乎是这样两件事:泰罗、戴明――研究事理;梅奥、马斯洛――洞察人情;现代管理学――集历代管理学之大成,达到了人情事理的统一。

人是管理的主体,多数情况下也是客体。随着管理学的发展,对人情的关注越来越多。看看管理学发展中对人性的假设就知道了:对人性所赋予的内容越来越丰富,管理学中软的成份越来越多。

这也难怪。人是管理要素中最重要、最有活力、起决定作用的部分。管理者、领导者管什么:主要管人。管人的目的是什么:积极性、效率――这是管理学的永恒主题。管人怎么管?管人的观念和心理。对人的本性的观察、研究、把握,是管理学的基石。

现实许多人不明白这个道理。他们自以为懂管理。实践起来南辕北辙。用了许多最先进的管理理论(流程再造、资源重组),结果却是弄巧成拙,搞得有苦难言。为什么?缺乏对人性的正确把握。缺少对人的基本关怀。把人的本性按照自己的想象进行假设,前提不当,推论当然不正确。这些人应该从管理的最基础的工作做起。由已及彼,由个别到一般,洞察人生,把握人性,这是管理者最重要的基本功。这个功夫不扎实,则宽严失度,诸法不当。这个功夫练好了,则左右逢源,运用自如,变化万千。不但管理能做好,其他事情都能做好。兵法云:运用之妙,存乎一心。这个心就是对人情事理的深刻把握。

由此可见,真正做好管理是不容易的,不是学一学管理学就能做好的。它需要管理者多方面的修养,尤其是人文精神方面的修养。离开人文精神的指导,科学就要迷失方向。这也是当今管理教育当中的一个不容忽视的问题。只有技能,没有思想,终究难成大事。我们学习研究工商管理的,要通过研习管理学,加深对管理的认识,自觉提高人生修养和思想境界。有了这样的收获,也算是研习管理学的一大乐趣吧。

三、 应用与创新的结合

管理学是活生生的学问,实践是它的基础,灵活运用是它的灵魂,而在运用中不断创新则是管理学发展的不竭的动力。

世界在发展,新的问题层出不穷,需要我们运用已有的理论和方法去解决,更需要我们去大胆探索和创新。还是看看我们熟悉的案例吧。海尔的管理,华为的文化,ibm的战略,麦肯锡的方法,等等。这些成功的案例,都是创造的结晶,他们的成功之道哪一个是事先就有的?都是事后总结出来的,如果照抄照搬,难免会失败。反面的例子也比比皆是。

管理无止境。随着经济的加速发展,管理学的发展也日新月异。来到管理学的领域,就象置身于一条奔腾不息的河流,唯有勤学博闻,不断创新,激流勇进,才能跟上时代的发展。研习管理如此,实践管理也是如此。

这也就是我说的学习管理学的又一大乐趣,借用两句流行语,叫与时俱进、终生学习。

四、 东西方文化的互动

我们知道东方文化与西方文化是有很大差异的。这与东西方人的思维方式的差异有关:感性与理性;严谨与灵性;实验验证与感悟修证。这些差异反映在管理学领域,产生了很多有意思的现象。

现代管理学是西方人发展起来的。百年间,名家迭出,流派纷呈。西方人看不起东方,东方人也看不起自己。国人所谓的现代化管理,实际上就是照搬西方式的管理。直到现在,mba主要采用西方教材和教法。

但后来,随着管理学的日益发展和理论体系日益复杂,西方人不得不到东方文化中来寻找灵感,东方文化,特别是东方管理思想日渐显露出其独特的价值,成为管理学发展的新的源泉。

从周易的辩证思维、天人感应,老子的道法自然、无为而治,到孙子兵法、三国谋略,处处体现着东方的管理智慧。系统论等科学理论的提出,揭示了分析思维的不足,展现了整体思维的优势,架起了东西方文化沟通的桥梁,开启了东西方管理文化在互动中发展的新时代。

在中国上海举办的世界管理大会提出,最高的管理境界是没有管理的管理,直接契合了中国古代的管理思想。当代管理大师,学习型组织理论的创始人彼得圣吉博士更是对东方文化推崇备至,称五项修炼之一“系统思考”渊源于中国文化。

有学者研究后认为,东方人具有优越的管理天赋,管理学的下一个大发展将在东方文化中孕育而出。作为这个时代的管理者以及管理学的研究者,能够站在时代的潮头,体验中西文化的碰撞、交流、融合、互动,运用我们自己的智慧为现代管理的大厦添砖加瓦,也不失为人生的一大幸事。不论你创造了一个成功的案例还是失败的案例,都对管理学的发展作出了贡献,你说对吧?

五、 总结

魅力远远不止于此。学习、运用管理学,可以提高你的提高智商情商财商,使你学会正确地做事、做正确的事 ,更重要的,使你从中体会科学之美和人性之美,让生活更加充实和充满乐趣。

总之,管理学是你通往成功的阶梯,通往更高人生境界的阶梯。

学习《管理学原理及方法》后的心得体会 因为选修人力资源管理,我在这学期接触了管理学这门课。曾经它对于我是一个特别遥远而生涩的概念,我觉得它和我的本专业是八竿子都打不到一块的,可学到现在我发现管理是无处不在的。说实话因为忙校庆晚会,不得已缺了几节课,以至我对管理学了解的并不全面具体,所以在此我只能说对我学到的谈谈我的心得,希望老师能见谅。

先来说说这门授课的老师吧,不胖不瘦,不高也不矮。和谐、自然,因为你从不摆老师的架子;严肃认真,因为你从不失老师的本性;风趣、幽默是你的最大亮点;你上课总是“与民同乐”,课堂上时常笑声飘过,有时使得不想听课的都打起兴趣来听课。你完全没有生搬硬套地讲书本上的知识,而是尽量多的说一些有趣的故事,“都听清楚”是你每堂课说的最多的话,也是我见过口头禅最特别的老师,呵呵,你总是繁简得当,用浅显易懂的语言跟我们解释管理学的基本原理和方法。

下面再说说我对于管理学的认识。管理就是在特定的环境下,对组织所拥有的的资源进行有效的计划、 组织、领导和控制,以便达到即定的组织目标的过程。管理学的含义:A、管理的目的是有效实现预期目标,本质是协调。 B、管理过程是由一系列相互关联、连续进行的活动所构成,这些活动包括计划、 组织、领导、控制和创新,它们成为管理的五个基本职能。C、管理是在一定的环境下进行的,它是一个组 织的“器官” ,是为组织服务的。在学习管理学历史中,我知道了F.W.和他的管理科学,亨利.法约尔和他的管理原则,我感慨着这些管理学大师的智慧,也知道了东方管理理念异于西方的地方。那什么是管理者呢,在我看来管理者就是自己不干事,让别人拼命干事的人。可要做好这个角色到真的很难。因为管理学涉及的面特别广,同时它又讲究从实际出发,对于不同的事物,不同的目的,用不同的方法去解决,但是在各种的解决方法中都不会离开它最基本的管理理念。

学了管理学后才发现,其实管理本来就源于我们的生活,在日常生活中有许多管理学的道理,只是很多时候我们没太注意罢了,“从生活中学管理,在管理中品生活” 。只要我们在平时的时候多些留意, 就可以充分的利用生活中的各种各样的场合来运用我们所学到管理知识、锻炼我们的管理技能和技巧。比如在大学怎样管理自己的生活,作为班干怎样去管理一个班级等等。像每个月我从父学好管理学对于我们现在的一些学生会工作乃至今后步入纷繁的社 会,适应不同的工作岗位都有其非常重要的意义。 在为群体中一起工作的人们设计环境, 使每个人有效地完成任务 时,管理人员最主要的任务,就是努力使每个人理解群体的使命和目 标以及实现目标的方法。如果要使群体的努力有成效,其成员一定要 明白期望他们完成的是什么,这就是计划工作的职能,而这项职能在 所有管理职能中是最基本的。 计划包括确定使命和目标以及完成使命 和目标的行动;这需要指定决策,即从各种可供选择的方案中确定行 动步骤。计划制订分为如下步骤:寻找机会→确定目标→拟订前提条 件→确定备选方案→评估备选方案→选择方案→制定衍生计划→用 预算量化计划。

从父母那里拿到的生活费虽不算是很多钱,但是没有管理好的话,这些生活用的钱就不知道花在什么地方了,而且很有可能还远远不够用。而且大学是有很多课余时间让你去打发的,这就要求我们要学会管理,合理的利用课余时间,管理好时间也能算是另一类别样储蓄钱的方式吧,虽然道理都知道但是要做到也不容易,睡懒觉,打游戏,聊天往往占据了我们大量的课余时间,而要想能更好地适应以后工作的压力和外界竞争环境的激烈状况, 在学校里学会有效地管理时间对我们每个在校生来说都是非常重要的。另外作为一个成年人,管理好自己的情绪就更为重要了,因为一个人的情绪会影响一个人在做事情时的效率及生活的幸福感,再者我们都是即将步入社会的人,作为一个即将出去工作的大学生,理应用好的情绪去处理面临的各种各样的事情。学了管理学原理及方法后,让我对班级和学生会的管理也有了更多的认识, 要让每个人有成效的完成他们的任务,不是说多少多少要求,而是让他们理解整个群体的使命和目标及他们的重要性,当然这个的前提是强烈的团体荣誉感。如果要使群体的努力有成效,其成员一定要明白期望他们完成的是什么,在这个过程中鼓励远比苛责有用。

书上的理论一堆一堆,可对于个人我觉得管理学就是一门如何追求个人幸福的学问,在纷扰的社会中,我们每个人都在努力的让自己生活的幸福,其实幸福不也就是人生目标一个个实现后满足感的积累么。那么我管理好我的人生目标,设定好我抵达的时间,规划好我的资源和人脉,控制好我奔向未来的偏差,以前盲目的追寻不就变得清晰可辨了么,幸福的生活也就不会远啦。

短短的六周就要结束啦,对管理学虽说是了解了一些,可却发现不会的更多了,对这课能写出的心得也差不多就这些吧,谢谢老师阅读。
