梦想是什么？
“不要人夸好颜色，只留清气满乾坤”，那是王冕的梦想；“人生自古谁无死，留取丹心照汗青”，那是文天祥的梦想；“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”，那是陶渊明的梦想。
“肝胆外科目前很薄弱，我国又是肝脏疾病高发地区，如果你有决心，可以往这个方面发展”。因为老师当年的一句话，年轻的吴孟超从此就把肝脏外科作为自己的事业，与它有了一辈子的不解之缘。即使96岁高龄了，他依然站在手术台上，依然保持着每周门诊，保持着每年约200台手术的惊人工作量。1。5万位患者的劫后重生，让我们见证了一位老医生一生的坚持与梦想，他无愧于中国“肝胆外科之父”的荣誉称号。
