上一个帖子发表后，网友microwave给我发邮件，认为CRI(中国国际广播电台)英文播音员的发音不标准，真想听英语新闻的话，最好听VOA、BBC等。对这个说法，我是不赞同的。现在国内在教授英语方面，有一种倾向，一定要学生掌握标准的“美音”(或“英音”)，好象只有这样，才能算是讲英语。对这种倾向，我是有很大保留意见的。记得几年前，有一个电信方面的国际会议在北京举行，会议参加者全部使用英语，不设立中文翻译。美国人上台发言，下面的中国人都能听懂，可是印度人上台发言时，中国人几乎都听不懂了。比如Asia这个词，如果按照“美音”，应当发“埃舍”(近似音)，而印度人念成“阿急阿”，control这个词，应当发“肯戳”(近似音)，而印度人念成“贡特罗勒”。您可以看出，差别是相当大的。由于印度人发音实在太特殊，会议主席不得不请一位德国专家，专门为中国人，将印度英语翻译为标准英语。会议休息期间，德国专家问中国人，他(印度人)说的.英语，为什么我们都听得懂，惟独你们中国人听不懂？中国人回答：他的发音实在太特殊了，跟“美音”完全不同。当时听到这里，我心里就暗想：你学英语的目的是什么？难道只是为了能听懂美国人说话？英语是世界各国人民相互交流的工具，怎么能只听懂“美国音”，听不懂“印度音”、“埃及音”、“南非音”呢？如果这样的话，学英语还有多大用处呢？所以会出现这种现象，如果我们仔细分析一下，完全是国内英语教学过分强调“标准发音”造成的。我并不反对“标准发音”，我真的希望中国所有学英语的人，都讲一口地地道道、毫无瑕疵、无懈可击的美国腔(或英国腔)，问题是：这可能吗？当然不可能！所以我一向不主张过分强调英语发音，发音地道，当然最好，发音不地道，只要不离谱，也无所谓，顺其自然。以我本人为例，我的英语发音就很滥，真的很滥，既像Japlish(日本味英语)，又像Spanglish(西班牙语、葡萄牙语味的英语)，但几乎所有认识我的外国朋友，都说我讲话清楚(请注意，不是好，而是清楚。笑)，您看，这就很说明问题。我的结论就是：看一个人的英语好不好，不应当以发音是否地道作为标准，而应当看他能不能与世界各国的朋友交流，如果他既能与美国人交流，也能与印度人交流，甚至还能与非洲某个食人部落的酋长交流，这就是好，否则就是不好，这其中的原因很简单，语言是交流的工具，而不是考研、评职称、晋级的工具，一个人听懂另外一个人的话，才是最重要的。作者：张宏(info@italian.org.cn)

即使是需要提交英语成绩的学校，对英语成绩的'分数要求并非完全一致，比如东北大学经济学研究科对英语成绩要求是提交不少于79分的TOEFL成绩。而有的院校则要求是提交英语能力证明即可，分数不做要求。因此，细细体会的话，这里边的差别可是非常大的。

审题的概念

拿到试卷后，首先浏览书面表达的题目，研究题目要求。正确的审题内容包括A、审标题B、审体裁C、审要点。审标题：看文章是否要求有题目(title)或者主题(topic)能够确保你不跑题;审体裁：确能够定文章的文体，为你写作提供方向。审要点：如果英语作文中，有要求要点的，一般打分时是踩点给分的，准确把握住要点，是高分的一个诀窍。

如何审要点?要做到以下两个方面：

总结归纳要点：不是所有内容都要写出来，而是抓住其中的关键要点、衔接要点!

理顺要点：将提炼的要点按逻辑关系(如时间关系、因果关系、转折关系等)重新安排，这样整篇文章看起来就整体有序，流畅自然，更加容易打动评分老师，从而作文分数提升一档。

构思文章提纲：根据题目的要点，安排好段落和主次关系。要形成良好的分段意识，写作分段是必须要进行的(2至4段为佳)，这样显得文章不会拥挤并且层次分明。在行文意识上，要注意突出要点。
