“生日”是每一个人值得庆祝的日子，对于一个社团的生日，同样是一件欢天喜地的大事。在过去一年的时间里，在全体会员的努力下，英语协会取得了可喜可贺的成绩对外扩大了学院的知名度、对内打造了一批优秀的团队。为庆祝院学生会英语协会2周年生日，进一步宣传校园文化在同学们心中的影响力，同时建设良好的校园文化氛围，英语协会特举办“一起走过的日子”二周年成立庆典 文艺表演，希望得到学院领导、老师及广大企事业单位的大力支持。
二、活动目的：
体现高校的素质教育、人才教育，响应学院高职考评，并将此意义升华;凸现河南建筑职业技术学院优良的人文学风;弘扬新型高职院校的深厚社团文化底蕴，彰显当代大学生个性与风采;宣扬院学生会英语协会年积淀两年的文化氛围;以我们自己的方式铭记英协人走过的两个个春秋;宣扬英语、张扬青春、涌动激情。

以具体活动纪念英语协会成立2周年，体现学院文化，展现协会风采。

通过本次活动突出社团活动的宗旨“展青春之风采，塑英协之灵魂。”

1、前期工作
以宣传公关为主，工作重心在宣传上，宣传以学生处学生会的指示为方向，进行全方位的包装宣传，利用一切可以利用的条件，宣扬协会文化，宣传协会庆典以及庆典的具体活动;公关方面主要是联系学校领导、老师、学生会各部、系学生会,各社团等，以及进行具体公关策划，联系赞助商。
以下是前期工作要点：

⒏制作大会资料及庆典通讯录;
⒐制作庆典纪念徽章;
2、庆典活动：
下文将详细介绍活动流程，活动中工作重心以组织协调为主，各组各安其职，具体活动交具体专人负责，每位活动负责人及活动组长总结每天工作进度每日定时由秘书组汇总并向总负责人汇报;每三天工作组全体组员进行一次短暂碰头会议，让各组了解其他小组工作进程进而了解庆典活动的进度，并针对将会出现的问题进行及时改正。
3、后期工作：
以完成本次活动的意义为主，与赞助商和兄弟院校保持长期友好联系，发行庆典专题期刊等。

八、庆典表演特色：
(1)精英阵容、紫茵璀璨：庆典的文艺节目将会于英语教研组、学生会各部门、各系学生会、英语协会、学院社团及兄弟院校学生会英语协会分别选送。
(2)节目多姿多彩、形式多样：包括唱歌、舞蹈、小品、朗诵、游戏，相互交融。
(3)附：赞助商企业文化渗透：在整台晚会过程当中，都会渗入全程赞助的贵公司的企业文化，包括贵公司的经营理念、事业定位、精神文化、价值观和文化网。同时在观众互动环节中也会根据贵公司的产品文化设计游戏。
(4)庆典声势浩大：各位领导、老师、嘉宾出席本场晚会，使得晚会影响力更大。
九、庆典活动议程：
前言：事无巨细，本次策划最初构想的是一个框架，所以所见具体活动计划并不真正详尽。如，在宣传方面本次庆典活动并不依赖具体活动宣传，而是将重点放在宣扬学院校园文化和庆典此大局上，先面后点，以面概点，以庆典见活动，所以活动宣传计划方面无法像一般平时活动一样具体详尽，而是将配合并从属于大局，相时而动，平时活动宣传仅仅是一种手段，贴海报写通知等，但在这里宣传转变成为了一种目的，虽然仍然要靠原本的一些手段来实现，但宣传的重点对象由具体活动变成了宣扬学院文化和庆典这个大主题，以庆典见活动，所以说这是活动流程可能更为准确，这个流程也是让观者了解我们计划的一种方式。但是院学生会英语协会出品，又岂会是形式大于内容的滥竽充数之物?学院校园文化和庆典此大局依旧是靠活动支撑，此版块在我们心目中的位置早已了然于心，万变不离其宗，活动再搞得怎样花团锦簇，也必须回到这个圆心上来，一切为了宣扬学院校园文化和协会庆典。当然，活动总是在计划中完美，计划也将在实践中不断充实、完善，这个框架建立起来后，我们现在需要往骨架里面填充血肉，整个活动才能不断丰满成型。敬请关注河南建筑职业技术学院学生会英语协会。

一 、晚会总体安排
晚会主题：xxx经济学院宝石与材料工艺学院元旦晚会 “奕彩宝石，迎新夜”
晚会主旨：完美的展现宝石学院的特色和学生的风采，增进全院师生的情谊和凝聚力，让大家在元旦之际度过一个难忘的狂欢之夜。
晚会举办时间：12月22日 19:0021：30
晚会举办地点：石家庄经济学院惠馨园五楼
主办单位：xx经济学院 宝石与材料工艺学院
承办单位：宝石与材料工艺学院团委学生会
二、晚会前期各阶段工作及开展部门
1、划阶段(12月1日至12月11日)
工作安排：由主席团对团委学生会各部门进行分工，保证晚会每个工作环节顺利进行。
节目征集：由节目组负责，采取面向本院所有学生征集节目以及邀请老师表演节目，也可从其他二级学院邀请优秀节目进行表演。
节目及主持人的筛选：由节目组主要负责，顾问组参与评审，选取优异节目主持人及优秀节目。
第一次节目及主持人筛选定于12月11日上午9点，地点在主楼九楼。
2.、准备阶段(12月11日至12月15日)
前期宣传：由宣传组负责，进行宣传板、横幅的制作和张贴，并展开网络宣传及各种宣传手段进行宣传。
赞助商家：由外联组负责，联系晚会赞助商家，配合商家做好承诺的宣传工作。
节目第二次筛选：由节目组负责，顾问组参与制定，根据各节目类型和节目质量按比例确定晚会节目，并制作节目单。
第二次节目筛选定于12月19日上午9点30，地点主楼九楼。
3、执行进展阶段(12月15日至12月19日)
中期宣传：由宣传组负责，根据晚会亮点进行宣传。
主持人台词:由所选出的主持人根据节目单和晚会主题自行拟定，然后又监制组进行审查。
贺岁片制作：由宣传组负责，制作时长为3到5分钟的贺岁片，用于晚会开场倒计时时播放，形式不限。
节目预告幻灯片：由舞美组负责，根据节目单顺序制作晚会节目预告宣传片。
表演背景及道具制作：由监制组负责，根据节目内容设计并协同演员制作该演出时需要的场景及道具。如有个别需要，统一上报给秘书组。
服装：由演员自行解决，如有特殊并且个人无法解决的交给筹备组负责。
化妆发型：由演员自行解决，如有特殊并且个人无法解决的交给筹备组负责。
物资采购：由监制组根据各节目需求拟定购物清单，交给秘书组整理，再由采购组进行采购。
礼仪和维持秩序人员：由大一不参加节目的人员提供，并由珠宝首饰模特队负责训练，负责晚会期间的礼仪和秩序工作。
嘉宾邀请：由顾问组及秘书组负责，确定晚会当天出席的嘉宾名单，制作出请柬并及时送出。
4、最后阶段(12月19日至12月21日)
节目伴奏收集：由监制组负责收集节目的伴奏音乐。

末期宣传：由宣传组负责，进行宣传板、横幅的制作和张贴，公布晚会时间地点，做好最后的宣传工作。
发票收集：由秘书组负责，务必收取正规的发票，统一整理后交给节目组组长。
节目彩排：由节目组负责，按整台晚会的流程进行彩排，并做最后的指导和要求。
三、节目筛选要求
节目类型主要分为歌舞类，语言类，乐器类，其他类和以往比赛中获奖作品
歌曲类： 限时为3分钟之内，个数限制在4个之内。
舞蹈类： 限时为6分钟之内，个数限制在2个之内。
语言类： 限时为10分钟之内，个数限制在4个之内。
乐器类： 限时为4分钟之内，个数限制在2个。
其他类： 时间有节目类型决定

第二届舞林大会获奖作品《舞止境》;

舞台布置：由文艺部，宣传部及体育部成员负责搭建演出主舞台，力求完成理想化的布置。
嘉宾席和观众席布置：由秘书处，生活部成员负责，将嘉宾席和观众席所需物品摆放好。
演员换衣间搭建：由网络部负责，在舞台后面搭建换衣间。
学习部：负责整台晚会的灯光控制及音乐的播放。另外需要一人负责在舞台旁边播放幻灯片。
网络部：负责现场拍照录像，其他人员不许在舞台前穿梭。
组织部：全权负责晚会的秩序，并且负责观众进场退场的组织工作(要求穿 ?正装)
外联部：主要负责节目的督导，提前两个节目让演员到后台候场。
秘书处：负责演员物品财务的看管
文艺部：全权负责整台晚会的流程，及特殊情况是的应对工作。

场地清理：由之前负责布置的人员对负责场地进行拆卸工作，对能回收利用的物品进行回收，并由各部长带回宿舍，与第二天上午进行清点统计后放入仓库。
晚会结束后的卫生工作：由所有学生会没有进行拆卸工作的成员负责，尽快对场地进行清理和打扫工作，场地清理工具由体育部和生活部负责解决。
