免修英语需要符合下列条件：
为让学生充分接触典型的真实性交际任务，感受大学英语的学习氛围，以利于优秀学生的成长，每位学生必修大学英语1-2。符合免修条件的同学可申请大学英语免修的课程为大学英语3或大学英语4。
可申请大学英语课程免修的考试类别主要有雅思、新托福、托业（听力阅读）、剑桥商务英语、大学英语六级等。各类考试时间距申请免修时间不得超过2年。无论以以上何种考试成绩作为依据申请课程免修，一份成绩只能对应一门课程免修，不得重复申请。
