Li Shiwei is the board chairman of Tianfu Group, a flagship tea enterprise based in Fujian Province, a major production region of oolong tea in China. He says a major problem for todays private tea enterprises is that they do not have enough money to operate on a large scale, let alone undertake promotions overseas.
“Most of Chinas tea enterprises are non-state-owned with lack of funding being their weakest point. We are glad to see that Minsheng Bank is now offering a special loan program for tea enterprises. We hope more banks in China will give us more support in terms of financing.”
Li Jiaxun, board chairman of Zhejiang Tea Group, Chinas largest exporter of green tea, says a lack of widely recognized brand names is holding Chinese tea exports back and squeezing the industrys profit margin.
Li cites his own company as an example. The group mainly sells tea as a raw material rather than a branded product. As a result, its profit margin is only about 5 percent, and sometimes even lower.
The tea expert adds that Chinese companies should also adapt to the needs of western customers, who might prefer black tea to green, and teabags to loose-leaf teas.
Wen Zhongliang, deputy director of the Foreign Trade Department under the Ministry of Commerce, says it is an urgent task for Chinese tea producers and sellers to build up the image of Chinese tea abroad to boost tea exports.
“In addition to ensuring the high quality of Chinese tea, tea enterprises in the country should promote the image of Chinese tea together. It could be something of an effort to explain the cultural significance and health benefits of tea to foreigners, but once they realize that, they will find it fascinating.”
The trade official suggests that existing networks such as the Confucius Institutes be used to spread Chinas tea culture around the world.

她教学经验丰富，方法独特，善于鼓励、培养学生独立学习的能力。遇到不守纪律的学生，她总是进行不厌其烦地教育。我们遇到学习上不懂的问题，她总是耐心地辅导我们。老师上课非常生动，就连一篇平淡的课文，她也讲得特别动听，是我们对学习产生了乐趣。不仅能让我们学到很多知识，还让我们有身临其境的感觉。她是一个使人佩服和尊敬的老师。
老师，你是一个知识渊博的人，你对我和蔼可亲，甚至像我的妈妈那样无微不至的关心我，当我们有错误的时候帮助我，在各方面严格要求我，你是我最敬佩的人。
老师是一个工作认真负责的老师。她总是认真地批改我们的每一次作业，她把自己休息的时间给了我们，帮我们补课，为我们批改作业。老师为了我们花了多少心血，付出了多少，牺牲了多少。
每当我向她询问问题时，她都会细心地给我讲解；每当同学做作业遇到困难时，她也会耐心地指导；每当同学们都放学回家时，她仍留在办公室认真地批改作业。
有人把老师比作红烛，每天都在默默地燃烧着，把自己的青春都献给了祖国的下一代！老师您就像辛勤的园丁，非常精心地照料我们；您就像老芭蕉一样，用乳汁哺乳我们，默默地把一切献给我们，不知道浪费了你多少精力；您就像……
我们班的老师就是这样的红烛，她每天都坚守在自己的岗位上，默默的工作，把毕生的心血都放在了我们身上，对我们就像对自己的亲身孩子一般的关爱！几年来，老师对我的每一滴关怀我都历历在目，老师在我身上付出的一切我都铭刻在心！老师，感谢您对我的恩惠，在此我想诚恳地对您说声：“老师，谢谢您！”
3老师
这一夜，我怎么也睡不着，便坐在窗前，望着漆黑的夜空，天上闪烁的星星好象黑色幕布上点缀着的宝石。我眼前浮现出了老师的身影。此时此刻，老师会在干什么呢？我沉思着。天上的小星星好象看出了我的心思：“小朋友，别着急，我站得高，我帮你看看吧！”小星星瞪着一双大眼睛，向校园深处忽闪忽闪着。不一会儿，它就飞到了我的窗前：“你们的老师正在灯下批改作业呢！”我低下头，觉得鼻子酸酸的，是冷吗？
月亮从窗口照进屋子，使屋里的一切都披上了薄薄的银纱。桌上，放着一只大红香蕉苹果。我顺手拿起它，一股芳香扑鼻而来。刹那间，我耳边又响起了小星星的话，眼前浮现出老师那布满血丝的眼睛，那消瘦的脸庞。渐渐地，我拿着苹果的手垂下。老师，我们在您的带领下学习、劳动；我们在您的教育下，从一个不懂事的孩子成长为朝气蓬勃的少年……我慢慢地抬起头，对天上的小星星说：“小星星，你帮我把这只大苹果送给老师，并嘱咐她早点休息，好吗？”“我一定办到！”小星星说着，捧起苹果快活地向远方飞去……
我仿佛看见老师放下了手中的笔，接过小星星手中的大苹果，来到窗前，眼里闪烁着晶莹的`泪水，激动地对小星星说：“我，就休息，可知识的土地始终需要人耕耘啊！”
“知识的土地始终需要人耕耘。”我反复念叨着这句话，情不自禁地唱了起来：“静静的深夜群星在闪耀，老师的房间彻夜明亮。每当我轻轻走过您窗前，明亮的灯光照耀我心房……”唱着唱着，我的眼里充满了泪花，喃喃地说：“老师，您该休息了……”

您好！
在这金风送爽的季节里，我们又将迎来一个美好的节日——教师节。我首先要祝您节日快乐，工作顺利！趁此机会，我——昔日的“刘阿斗”禁不住要跟你说几句心里话。
老师，我坦率地承认，我不是您喜欢的好学生。您曾经不止一次耐心地给我辅导，但是我却一次又一次地让您失望，成为您心目中那个扶不起的刘阿斗。
还记得上学期期中时发生的事吧！那天正好是期中考试，我因为前一天在外婆家做客，第二天当我来到教室门口时，同学们已经在考试了。我站在门口，喊了好几声“报告”后，你才冷冷地示意我进去，可能是因为紧张吧！考试考好后，我居然忘记了写名字。第二天一早，你就在同学们的面前公开地批评我，我知道自己是一个马虎的人，应该受到批评，但是当时您的哪些刻薄的话语，真令我感到无比羞愧，假如地上有道缝的话，我真恨不得钻进去。那次，我也从您的目光中看到了您没有说出来的一句话——你这个笨蛋！
在以后的半个学期中，我也试着努力改变自己，但不管我怎么努力，换来的都是您的冷眼。有时候我向您请教问题，您也总是爱理不理的样子，好几次我都胆怯地回到座位上。看着您为其他同学耐心地解答问题，向他们投去慈祥的目光时，我心里别提有多难受了……
老师，新学期又开始了，对于其他同学来说，又将为新的目标努力学习了，而我！已经对学习丧失了信心。我多么希望您，能用一滴甘露来滋润我干渴的心田。

记得，在汽车的呼啸声中，她，推开了行路的学生，用血肉之躯筑起一座屏障，任凭车轮压过她的身体也要为学生着想；记得，在楼房“轰隆”一声倒塌时，她坚定地把他的学生送到安全地带，而丢下了自己的孩子，让她的骨肉永远，永远地倒在了血泊里；记得，在西南边陲贫穷的山洞，他抛弃了优越的条件，不惜用自己仅有的财产为贫困学生们买书买本，把贫瘠的山洞变成了充满师爱的天堂……这是一阵多么扣人心弦的旋律！这，便是师爱的声音！
有个老师，常常用她的行动告诉我，什么是爱！
上一周，她病得厉害，就差没有昏倒在地了，还坚持来给我们上课，而且还是那么认真，那么专注。一想起她带着病痛为我们上课，我的心里也一样不好受。她虽然只教1个班，但是工作量却特别大。她沙哑的声音虽不是优美动听，在我听来却是天籁之音；她的声音是沙哑的，但也是清晰的；她的声音是微弱的，但也是洪亮的。每次看到她急匆匆地在批作业，甚至不惜牺牲自己的休息时间……每当想到这里，我的眼睛总会不由得湿润了——她对我们的爱是无私的，是纯洁的，是世界上最完美无瑕也最朴实无华的。
忘不了啊，忘不了她为我们讲课时那双注满情思的眼睛，忘不了作业本上她认真审阅后的批语，忘不了她那本语文书上密密麻麻，浸透了汗水的字迹，忘不了她……直到此时，我眼前还浮现着她上课时真诚的眼神与亲切的面容，耳际还回想着她透彻的分析问题时动听的话语，脑海里还镌刻着她教给我们的解题方法……
这就是她——我的语文老师——令我感动，敬佩的陈老师！

鲜花绽放，为的是感谢阳光的普照。小鸟欢唱，为的是感谢天宇的高远，感谢梦想的起航，在9月10日这个温馨而又激动的时刻，我们迎来了盼望已久的第二十五个教师节。请允许我代表全体同学用我们最真挚、最热烈的心，祝关心、爱护我们成长的全体老师们节日快乐、心想事成、万事如意！
清晨，当天边染上第一线霞光，老师的身影，已出现在校园的走廊；夜晚，当星星隐去最后一丝光亮，老师的身影，还伴随着淡淡的灯光。一天又一天，一年又一年，可是，老师们的心，永远那样年轻，永远不知疲倦，伴随着对我们的希望继续远航，再过几年，十几年……

7老师
新学期，没有什么特别的事情发生。然而最惹同学们注意的，莫过于我班来了一位新老师。
人们常说：“新学期，新事物，新发展……”。但不知这一位老师是怎样的一个人呢？
第一节是她的课。她是教语文的，听说还是一位经验丰富的老教师。在她还没有来到课室之前，同学们的心情异于平常的兴奋，
当她走进课室的第一步，一个肥胖的身影走过。她那圆圆的脸，有着弯弯曲曲的头发作头饰，带者一副眼镜，仿佛一座大佛在眼前，十分严肃，她用那无边无际的“佛光”照耀着我们，领着我们走向光明之路。
其实我自己也不太热爱语文。因为我觉得语文有点枯燥无味。朗读，我认为是每一位老师都会周而复始实行的任务。
然而，我这位老师却与众不同。你们是不是觉得朗读就是朗读，怎么会有不同之处呢？
她与别的老师的朗读方式不同。别的老师是一段平淡的朗读，而她是一句句富有感情的领着我们朗读。一瞬间，我们变成了初生的婴儿，她却成为了那天真无邪的婴儿的母亲，对我们无微不至，让我们在她那大海般的胸怀下茁壮成长。
她朗读着，如同故事在中的人物，身同感受；如同千年以来那不解之迷的诱惑着我；如同大海般的巨浪，汹涌滂湃，连绵不段的气势。加上她那生动的肢体语言，让我更加的为她而入迷。顿时，心底的深处不段的涌出对她的一片敬仰之意。
也许，这个时代正需要这种严谨、认真的园丁，教育我们这些顽皮而聪明的花朵；也许，这位母亲的慈祥，才能让我们更好的成长。
总而言之，她的教学，让我有一种敬仰之意，虽然她并不是教师之最。
8老师
我从一年级到六年级，教过我的老师有好几个，但最令我难忘的是六年级教我的语文老师：何丽。在我心中，她是最美的老师。
一张清秀的瓜子脸上长着两道细细的眉毛，一对炯炯有神的眼睛，高高的鼻梁，一张能说会道的嘴巴。她，就是何丽。
她刚来的时候我才上二年级，她是我们的体育老师。三年级开学了，她成为了我的语文老师，我高兴极了。她教课的时候，很幽默。很受我们的欢迎。一下课，我们一窝蜂的以“光”的速度冲向老师，唧唧喳喳的说起话来，像一窝小麻雀围着一只年轻的麻雀问东问西。什么“老师，您的生日是多少？”、“老师，您的电话号码是多少？”、“老师，您上什么大学？为什么不去别的学校，要来我们这儿呢？”老师不厌其烦，一一给我们讲。
岁月如光，时间似水。转眼间，四年级了。而教我们的却不是何丽老师。我们都失望了，在学校中到处寻找着老师的身影，但怎么也没找到。后来，不知是谁说：“何丽老师去中学了！”我们大惊，这句话就似晴天霹雳，让我们难以承受；这句话又如一根针，深深地扎在我们心中。从此，我们就再也没有见过我们何丽老师。但我们的心里都记得六年级的那段时光。我们不敢想，怕一想心里就会一阵阵痛。
老师，我们什么时候才能见到您？我们都很想您，但不敢说，怕一说出来，我们就会想起那段三年级的时光。
老师，您让我们多么难忘！
