篇3：我国的濒危野生动物情况如何？
我国地域辽阔，具有多种自然环境和气候条件，动植物资源丰富，根据中国生物多样性公约保护计划的数据，我国的哺乳类动物有499种、鸟类1186种，爬行类动物376种，两栖类动物279种，鱼类2084种，分别占世界同类动物种类的12.5％、13.1％、6.0％、7.0％、12.1％。由于各种原因，我国的野生动物资源同样呈下降趋势，有许多种类已处于灭绝或濒危状态。如犀牛、高鼻羚羊、新疆虎、野马、豚鹿、叶猴、冠麻鸭等10多种珍贵动物已经灭绝或基本绝迹。另外大熊猫、金丝猴、长臂猿、海南坡鹿、东北虎、华南虎、亚洲象、野骆驼、白鳍豚、朱缳、黑颈鹤、黄腹角雉、扬子鳄等二十多种珍稀动物濒临灭绝。
我国已参加《濒危野生动植物国际贸易公约》，该公约规定保护的700多个濒危野生动植物种（类）和亚种，我国就有100多个种（类）和亚种，占1/7.根据国际自然和自然资源保护同盟的.红皮书，对受威胁的物种划为灭绝、濒危、渐危、稀有、未定等级别。我国按保护的级别区分为两级，分别称为国家一级保护动物和国家二级保护动物，统称国家重点保护野生动物。我国目前公布的国家一级保护动物有85种，国家二级保护动物有 91种。由于这些被保护的濒危野生动物通常均处于食物链或食物网的顶位，其它野生动物是它们生存的食物，所以我国规定对其它野生动物也应保护、发展和合理利用其资源，这在1988年11月8日我国公布的《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》中做了详尽的说明

自古以来，动物就是人类的朋友，它们心甘情愿的为人类所奴隶，可是，我前些天在网上看到的一组让人触目惊心的图片却令我久久不能平静：在各大商场李，狐皮包、虎皮大衣、鳄鱼皮皮鞋、手提包总是最耀眼的奢侈品。在各大餐馆中，往往不难看到桌上是熊掌、蛇肉、后脑等野味。在许多人看来，这只不过是一件件豪华的大衣、精美的奢侈品，是一席席美味的宴席，可是，你们可曾想过它们也是一条条鲜活的生命啊!我看见这些东西，就仿佛看见了一双双沾满鲜血的双手，更是看见了未来因缺少动物资源而一片荒芜的大地;仿佛听到了一声沉闷的枪声过后一只只动物倒地的闷响和随之而来的惨烈的叫声……这难道就是人类对待朋友的态度吗?
现在，有许许多多的人认为：”动物不是多得很吗?随便猎杀一、两只会有什么问题呢?”可是，如果人们肆无忌惮的猎杀，多少动物都会被捕杀殆尽的，不是吗?就拿旅行鸽来说吧，只怕是现在好多同学都没听说过这种鸽子呢，就在上个世纪，它还是成百上亿只，据说，当时举起木棍在天空中挥舞几下就会打下几只来，可就是这么一种不可计数的鸟儿，却因为其鲜美的肉质而屡屡遭到人类的捕杀，在短短十几年中，旅行鸽的数量居然从几亿锐减到一只!这个惨痛的教训，难道还不足以唤起人们保护动物的决心吗?

2、对偷猎者加以管制，在各个自然保护区设专门的机构严加看守，如果发现偷猎行为，应没收作案工具并予罚款，严重者可处五年以上有期徒刑。
3、严查各个餐馆、商场售卖濒危的野生动物制品的情况，并贴出保护濒危的野生动物的标语，严禁收买濒危的野生动物制品，并不定时检查，如果发现，便可处以罚款，发现三次以上，便可做停业处理。
4、提倡人们多保护动物，并给予举报偷猎者的人以经济、物质奖励。

20xx年第一季度于洪区动物卫生监督工作,在区农林局正确领导和上级业务主管部门支持下，强化动物检疫监督管理，开展了检疫员、协检员业务培训，现就第一季度工作情况总结如下：
一、加强检疫队伍建设。
3月4日于洪区对检疫员、协检员进行了系统的培训。重点是产地检疫、检疫票证的填写知识的培训，提高了他们自身的业务水平。
二、加强和规范产地检疫工作
今年第一季度于洪区各街道检疫员认真贯彻执行《动物防疫法》等各项法律法规，严格依据《畜禽产地检疫规范》出证，规范填写检疫证明，坚决杜绝了给未经免疫动物出证,“异地出证”等现象，使产地检疫工作开展面和检疫率与上年同期相比有了很大的提高。
三、严把屠宰检疫关，保证上市肉品安全卫生。
今年第一季度于洪区屠宰检疫对待宰动物要求一律凭免疫耳标和动物产地检疫合格证明进场，严格登记，查证验物，各屠宰场《动物产地检疫证明》持证率和免疫耳标佩带率均达100%。同时区监督所严格按照《畜禽屠宰卫生检疫规范》的要求，对检疫员实行定岗定责。
四、加强经营流通环节的监督检查，维护肉食品市场的正常秩序。
今年第一季度于洪区动监所加大了辖区超市和农贸市场畜产品监管力度。坚决查处违反《动物防疫法》及其他法律法规行为，从而有力的维护了正常的动物及动物产品经营流通秩序，保障我区动物检疫监督工作的顺利进行。尤其是加强了“元旦”、“春节”等重大节日期间的市场监督检查，保证了节日期间的食肉安全。
